AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitude a legally binding agreement made between you, and Yalmp Net ("Company", "We" "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the yalmp.net website as well as any other media form, media channel, or related content linked to, or connected to (collectively, the "Site). You agree by joining and accessing the Site that you have read and understood the Terms of Use.
THE SITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USERS WHO ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE OR REGISTER FOR THE SITE.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such a distribution or use would be in contrary to the law or regulation subject in that jurisdiction or country. Those persons who choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
UPLOAD AGREEMENT
You grant Yalmp Net a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and archive any uploaded works in accordance with this agreement.
In addition, server administration or automated software may upload images found publicly on the internet without notice.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Uploading private images/video content from a paid user site, uploading/viewing content that is against local laws and regulations (Based in Virginia, USA), Hacking/phishing, otherwise attempting to circumvent website security.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
To handle copyright claims, the administration of the server has provided an email that you can contact. (copyright@yalmp.net) This email is to be used for copyright claims only, and is only visible to the administration. Please give us at least 5-days to review your claim, and please link the offending post URL to the email.
PRIVACY POLICY
Yalmp Net will not disclose your IP address, email, password, or any other sensitive user information.
Yalmp Net is allowed to make public everything else, including but not limited to: uploaded posts, imported posts, favorited posts, comments, forum posts, wiki edits, and note edits.
